MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING
OF THE CITY OF TEMECULA
DIRECTOR'$ HEARING
JUNE 8, 2006
A regular meeting of the City of Temecula Director's Hearing was called to order on Thursday,
June 8, 2006 at 1 :30 p.m. in the Main Conference Room, located at 43200 Business Park Drive
Temecula, California. Principal Planner Don Hazen presiding.
Also present were Associate Planner Stuart Fisk and Minute Clerk Cynthia Lariccia.
Item No.1: Planning Aoolication PA05-0297. a Develooment Plan to construct a 9.995
SQuare foot office building on 0.9 acres. located on the east side of Maraarita
Road. aODroximatelv 350 feet nort~ of DePortola Road.
Principal Planner Hazen convened the meeting at 1 :30 p.m. He stated that the Public Notice
that was mailed out contained an incorrect reference to location and that the City Attorney
advised the City to re-notice the project. As such, this item will be continued to the June 22,
2006 Director's Hearing.
There being no further business, hearing was adjourned at 1 :35 p.m.
