HELD MAY 27, 1997
A regular meeting of the Old Town Westside Community Facilities District Financing Authority was
called to order at 9:07 PM at the City Council Chambers, 43200 Business Park Drive, Temecula,
California. Chairperson Karel F. Lindemans presiding.

ABSENT: 0
BOARD MEMBERS: Birdsall, Ford, Roberts, Stone, Lindemans
BOARD MEMBERS: None
Also present were Executive Director Ronald E. Bradley, City Attorney Peter Thorson, and Deputy
City Clerk Susan W. Jones.

None given.

It was moved by Board Member Stone, seconded by Board Member Birdsall, to approve
Consent Calendar Item No. I as follows:
1.1 Approve the minutes of May 13, 1997.
The motion was unanimously carried.
ADJOURNMENT
It was moved by Board Member Ford, seconded by Board Member Roberts, to permanently adjourn
at 9:07 PM. The motion was unanimously carried.
