1. Approve the Action Minutes of August 14, 2023
Recommendation: That the Commission approve the action minutes of August 14, 2023.
Approved the Staff Recommendation (5-0): Motion by Kingsberg, Second by Oddi. The vote
reflected unanimous approval.
BUSINESS
2. Discuss and Consider Appointments for Subcommittees for Calendar Years 2023 and 2024
Recommendation: That the Commission discuss the need for subcommittees and consider
appointments for calendar years 2023 and 2024.
Discussed and determined no need for subcommittees at this time. Motion to eliminate Sports
Liaison(5-0): Motion by Oddi, Second by Kingsberg. The vote reflected unanimous approval.
