Recommendation: That the Public/Traffic Safety Commission approve the Action Minutes
of February 23, 2023.
Approved Staff Recommendation (4-0; Ackerman absent): Motion by Sullivan, Second by
Matics. The vote reflected unanimous approval with Ackerman absent.
BUSINESS
2. Proposed Capital Improvement Program - Fiscal Years 2024-2028
Recommendation: That the Public/Traffic Safety Commission review and discuss the proposed
Capital Improvement Program (CIP) Circulation and Infrastructure Projects
for Fiscal Years 2024-2028.
Receive and file only, no action.
3. Highway Safety Improvement Program (HSIP) Cycle 1 I Grant Funding for Traffic Safety
Improvements throughout the City of Temecula
Recommendation: That the Public/Traffic Safety Commission receive a presentation on the
Highway Safety Improvement Program (HSIP) Cycle 11 Grant Funding
for Traffic Safety Improvements throughout the City of Temecula.
