JOINT MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL. TEMECULA COMMUNITY SERVICES DISTRICT
AND SUCCESSOR AGENCY TO THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
BUSINESS
1. Review Fiscal Years 2023-27 Capital Improvement Program (CIP) and Review Fiscal Year
2022-23 CIP and Annual Operating Budgets for the City of Temecula, the Temecula
Community Services District (TCSD) and the Successor Agency to the Temecula
Redevelopment Agency(SARDA)
Recommendation: That the City Council/Board of Directors review and discuss the
Proposed Fiscal Years 2023-27 Capital Improvement Program (CIP) and
Review Fiscal Year 2022-23 Annual Operating Budgets for the City of
Temecula,the Temecula Community Services District(TCSD)and the
Successor Agency to the Temecula Redevelopment Agency(SARDA).
Workshop with discussion and general direction only; no action taken.

At 10:18 AM, the City Council meeting was formally adjourned to Tuesday, May 24, 2022, at 4:30 PM
for Closed Session, with regular session commencing at 6:00 PM, City Council Chambers, 41000 Main
Street, Temecula, California.
