Approved the Staff Recommendation (5-0): Motion by Edwards, Second by Rahn. The vote reflected
unanimous approval.
13. Approve Action Minutes of April 12, 2022
Recommendation: That the Board of Directors approve the action minutes of April 12,
2022.
14. Approve Three -Year Agreement with Advantage Mailing, LLC for Printing Services of the
Guide to Leisure Activities
Recommendation: That the Board of Directors approve a three-year agreement with
Advantage Mailing, LLC for printing services of the Guide to Leisure
Activities.
