Approved the Staff Recommendation(5-0): Motion by Stewart, Second by Edwards. The vote reflected
unanimous approval.
10. Approve Action Minutes of October 26, 2021
Recommendation: That the Board of Directors approve the action minutes of October 26,
2021.
11. Approve Second Amendment with M&J Paul Enterprises dba Jolly Jumps for Additional Event
Services
Recommendation: That the Board of Directors approve the second amendment with M & J
Paul Enterprises dba Jolly Jumps for additional event services and
increase payment in the amount of$30,000, for a total agreement
amount of$90,000.
