Unless otherwise indicated below, the following pertains to all items on the Consent Calendar.
Approved the Staff Recommendation (5-0): Motion by Edwards, Second by Rahn. The vote reflected
unanimous approval.
11. Approve Action Minutes of July 27, 2021
CRecommendation: That the Board of Directors approve the action minutes of July 27, 2021.
12. Approve Extension of Joint Use Agreement with the Temecula Valley Unified School District
for Temecula Elementary School
Recommendation: That the Board of Directors approve the Seventh Amendment to the
Agreement between the Temecula Community Services District and the
Temecula Valley Unified School District for Joint Use of a portion of
Temecula Elementary School.
13. Approve Extension of Joint Use Agreement with the Temecula Valley Unified School District
for Temecula Middle School
Recommendation: That the Board of Directors approve the Second Amendment to the
Agreement between the Temecula Community Services District and the
Temecula Valley Unified School District for Joint Use of a portion of
Temecula Middle School.
