Unless otherwise indicated below, the following pertains to all items on the Consent Calendar.
Approved the Staff Recommendation(4-0, Rahn absent): Motion by Edwards, Second by Stewart. The
vote reflected unanimous approval with Rahn absent.
10. Aoorove Action Minutes of July 13,2021
CRecommendation: That the Board of Directors approve the action minutes of July 13,2021.
11. Approve Agreement with Douglas Hiner Umpiring Service for Slow Pitch Officiating Services
Recommendation: That the Board of Directors approve the three-year agreement with
Douglas Hiner Umpiring Services for slow pitch officiating services in
an amount not to exceed$31,000 annually.

12. Approve Temecula Community Services District Proposed Rates and Charges for Fiscal Year
2021-22
Recommendation: That the Board of Directors hold a public hearing and adopt a resolution
entitled:
RESOLUTION NO.CSD 2021-04
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
TEMECULA COMMUNITY SERVICES DISTRICT OF THE CITY
OF TEMECULA ADOPTING RATES AND CHARGES FOR
C SERVICE LEVEL B - RESIDENTIAL STREET LIGHTING,
SERVICE LEVEL C - PERIMETER LANDSCAPING, SERVICE
LEVEL D - RECYCLING AND REFUSE COLLECTION, AND
SERVICE LEVEL R - EMERGENCY UNPAVED ROAD
MAINTENANCE SERVICES FOR FISCAL YEAR 2021-22
Approved the Staff Recommendation (4-0, Rahn absent): Motion by Stewart, Second by
CAlexander. The vote reflected unanimous approval with Rahn absent.
