Approved the Staff Recommendation (5-0): Motion by Edwards, Second by Stewart. The vote reflected
unanimous approval.

Recommendation: That the Board of Directors approve the action minutes of April 27,
2021.

12. Consider Update Regarding Summer Events and Limitations on Events, Including Memorial
Day Observance, Concerts, Movies in the Park, Art & Street Painting Festival and 4th of July
