MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING
OF THE TEMECULA COMMUNITY SERVICES DISTRICT
MARCH 16, 2004
A regular meeting of the City of Temecula Community Services District was called to order at 7:37
P.M., at the City Council Chambers, 43200 Business Park Drive, Temecula, California.
ROLL CALL
PRESENT:
5 DIRECTORS: Comerchero. Naggar, Roberts, Stone, and
Washington
0 DIRECTORS: None
ABSENT:
Also present were General Manager Nelson, City Attorney Thorson, and City Clerk Jones.
PUBLIC COMMENTS
No comments.
CONSENT CALENDAR
Minutes
RECOMMENDATION:
1.1
Approve the minutes of February 24, 2004.

Completion and Acceptance of Children's Museum Buildina Shell Improvements -
Proiect No. PW02-01CSD
RECOMMENDATION:
2.1
Accept the construction of Children's Museum Building Shell Improvements -
Project No. PW02-01 CSD as complete;
2.2
File the Notice of Completion, release the Performance Bond, and accept a one-
year Maintenance Bond in the amount of 10% of the contract;
2.3
Release the Materials and labor Bond seven months after the filing of the Notice
of Completion if no liens have been filed.
MOTION: Director Stone moved to approve Consent Calendar Items No. 1-2. The motion was
second by Director Comerchero and voice vote reflected unanimous approval.

DIRECTOR OF COMMUNITY SERVICES REPORT
Community Services Director Parker announced and invited the public to attend two new park sites
dedication ceremonies on Wednesday, March 24, 2004, at 3:30 P.M. - the Pauba Ridge Park (five-
acre park) and Serena Hills Park (three and a half-acre park).
GENERAL MANAGER'S REPORT
Having attended the Annual California Parks and Recreation Society (CPRS) Conference,
General Manger Nelson commended Community Services Director Parker and the Community
Services Department for its two State-wide awards.
BOARD OF DIRECTORS' REPORTS
No additional comments.
ADJOURNMENT
At 7:40 P.M., the Temecula Community Services District meeting was formally adjourned to
Tuesday, March 23, 2004, at 7:00 P.M., City Council Chambers, 43200 Business Park Drive,
Temecula, California.
