MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING
OF THE TEMECULA COMMUNITY SERVICES DISTRICT
FEBRUARY 10, 2004
A regular meeting of the City of Temecula Community Services District was called to order at 7:32
P.M., at the City Council Chambers, 43200 Business Park Drive, Temecula, California.

RECOMMENDATION:
1.1
Approve the minutes of January 27, 2004.

Material Deliverv Services Aareement for the Wolf Vallev Sports Complex - Proiect No.
PW01-17CSD
RECOMMENDATION:
2.1
Approve an agreement with Oregon Mountain Constructors in an amount not to
exceed $240,000 to provide material delivery for the Wolf Valley Sports Complex,
Project No. PW01-17CSD, and authorize the President to execute the
agreement;
2.2
Authorize the General Manager to approve amendments not exceed the
contingency amount of $24,000, which is equal to 10% of the agreement amount.

Accept Substitute Landscape Improvement Aareement and Bonds for Tract Map Nos.
26828. -1 and -2 - Avondale Development
RECOMMENDATION:
3.1
Accept the substitute landscape bonds from Richmond American Homes of
California, Inc. for Tract Map Nos. 26828, -1 and 2.

was second by Director Comerchero and electronic vote reflected unanimous approval, with the
exceotion of Directors Roberts and Stone, who were absent.
