DIRECTOR OF PLANNING
December 19, 2002
A regular meeting of the City of Temecula Director of Planning was called to order on Thursday,
December 19, 2002, at 1:30 PM, at the City of Temecula Main Conference Room, 43200
Business Park Drive, Temecula, California. Principal Planner, Don Hazen presiding.
Also present was Assistant Planner, Rolfe Preisendanz and Minute Clerk, Lisa Kau.
Principal Planner, Don Hazen called the meeting to order at 1:30 PM.
Item No. 1:
Planninq Application No. PA02-0622, A Minor Conditional Use Permit to up.qrade
the current Alcohol Bevera.qe Control (ABC) license from a Type 41 (On Sale
Beer and Wine license) to a Type 47 (On Sale General license), which authorizes
the sale of beer, wine and distilled spirits for consumption on the licensed
premises, located at 27533 Jefferson Avenue, on the northwest corner of
Jefferson Avenue and Overland Drive.
Assistant Planner Rolfe Preisendanz presented the staff report. Principal Planner Don Hazen
opened the public hearing at 1:31 PM. Ms. Hoa Nguyen Vo, representing Banzai Japanese
Steakhouse, 2733 Jefferson Avenue, Temecula, CA, agreed to the conditions to of approval.
Principal Planner Don Hazen closed the public hearing at 1:32 PM, and approved PA02-0622
subject to the conditions of approval.
