Approved the Staff Recommendation(5-0,): Motion by Edwards, Second by Stewart. The electronic
vote reflected unanimous approval.
16. Approve Financial Statements for the 4th Quarter Ended June 30,2019
Recommendation: That the Board of Directors receive and file the financial statements for
the 4th quarter ended June 30, 2019.
