2 Planning Application, a Minor Modification application proposing two mural options for the
rear elevation of the Fourth and Front three-story structure, located on the corner of Old
Town Front Street and 4th Street
2.1 RECOMMENDATION: At the completion of the Board's discussion, Chairman Blair
recommended staff to return and specify additional (color palette) design options.

BOARD MEMBER BROWN; AYE VOTES BY BOARD MEMBERS BLAIR,
