Approved the Staff Recommendation (5-0): Motion by Edwards, Second by Naggar. The
electronic vote reflected unanimous approval.
7. Approve the Action Minutes of September 24, 2019
Recommendation: That the Board of Directors approve the action minutes of
September 24, 2019.
8. Approve Second Amendment with VisionOne, Inc. for Theater Ticketing Software
Services at the Old Town Temecula Community Theater
Recommendation: That the Board of Directors approve the second amendment with
VisionOne, Inc. for theater ticketing software services for the Old
Town Temecula Community Theater in the amount of$80,000.
