LOCAL REVIEW BOARD
Regular Meeting
June 10, 1991
Members Present: Donald Cummins, Bob Morris, Tony Tobin,
Dallas Gray
The meeting convened at 8:35 a.m. at 28466 Front Street,
Suite 201,
Note was made that there bas stil.l been no action taking
place with respect Lo [lie modular buJ [ding located on Ihe
Kid's World property on Third Street. The Review Board
wil] continue to monit_or this situation unti] the agreed
upon architectural changes have been accomplished.
2. No applications were brought before the Board for action.
Morris suggested it would be advantageous if a member of
the City Planning Department could attend the Review
Board meetings which are held at 8:30 a.m. on the first
Monday of each month.
The meeting adjourned at 9:17 a.m.
NEXT MEETING will be Monday, July 8th at 8:30 a.m.
