Dallas reported on the Planning Commission meeting he attended where expansion of the historical district was discussed. He said that staff recommended the same new boundaries that had been suggested by the committee, but members of the Commission felt the boundaries should be. further extended to take in the north side of the Rancho Ca]ifornla Road and Front S~reet intersection, then south to the 1-15 Freeway off ramp at Highway 79, and west to the foot of the hills.
