PLANNING DIRECTOR
November 14, 2002
A regular meeting of the City of Temecula Director of Planning was called to order on Thursday,
November 14, 2002, at 1:30 PM, at the City of Temecula Main Conference Room, 43200
Business Park Drive, Temecula, California. Principal Planner, Don Hazen presiding.
Also present was Senior Engineer, Jerry Alegria, Associate Planner, Rolfe Preisendanz and
Minute Clerk, Lisa Kau.
Principal Planner, Don Hazen called the meeting to order at 1:33 PM.
Item No. 1:
Planninq Application No. PA02-0145 Development Plan to construct, operate and
establish a 31719 square foot dental office buildinq on .49 acres located at 2974~
Rancho California Road, on the northwest corner of Rancho California Road and
Lyndie Lane (APN 921-760-013), pamel 3 of PM 27232; submitted by Bratene
Construction and Enqineerinq.
Associate Planner Rolfe Preisendanz presented the staff report. Principal Planner Don Hazen
opened the public hearing at 1:39 PM. Mr. Oz Bratene, representing Bratene Construction &
Engineering, 41607 Enterprise Circle North, Suite A, Temecula, CA, agreed to the conditions to
of approval. Principal Planner Don Hazen closed the public hearing at 1:39 PM, and approved
PA02-0145 subject to the conditions of approval.
