Unless otherwise indicated below, the following pertains to all items on the Consent Calendar.
Approved the Staff Recommendation(5-0): Motion by Rahn, Second by Schwank. The electronic vote
reflected unanimous approval.
13. Approve the Action Minutes of May 28, 2019
Recommendation: That the Board of Directors approve the action minutes of May 28, 2019.
14. Approve a Sponsorship Agreement with the Temecula Sister City Association for the Support
of Cultural Exchange
Recommendation: That the Board of Directors approve a Sponsorship Agreement with the
Temecula Sister City Association, in the amount of$3,500 community
support funding for student travel scholarships,plus $4,000 in-kind staff
support and facility utilization.
