(5-0); Motion by Rahn, Second by Edwards; and electronic vote reflected approval
by Edwards, Naggar, Rahn, Schwank, Stewart
RECOMMENDATION:
19.1 That the Board of Directors approve the Action Minutes and Joint Meeting Action
Minutes of December 11, 2018.
