CALL TO ORDER: The meeting was called to order at 5:05 p.m.
ROLL CALL: Andrew Vordahl. Recreation Leader

Elizabeth Harrigan, Local Task Force Member
Sara Oike, Local Task Force Member
Katelyn Timmons, Local Task Force Member
Matthew Harrigan, Local Task Force Member
Cheryl Eckard, Local Task Force Member

PUBLIC COMMENTS
None
COMMITTEE BUSINESS
1. Discussion on upcoming events and meetings.
a. Reviewed previous workshops.
b. Local Task Force members suggested ideas for panel discussion on bullying in
schools.
c Katelyn suggested that emergency/crisis brochures be created for youth in the
community.
d. Elizabeth Harrigan suggested hosting another situational awareness workshop
with a new speaker.
2. Final Remarks
a. Human Services staff will identify and add new members to the Local Task
Force.
b. Next meeting will be held on 06/7/17.
