ADVISORY COMMITTEE BUSINESS
1. Overview of the Circulation Element Process Presentation—Consultant presentation from
Katy Cole and Andrew Scher, Fehr& Peers.
2. Small Group Map Activity: Identifying Existing Transportation Concerns — Committee
members divided into three groups and provided with large-format mapping materials.
Members of the public were given individual maps.
3. Wrap-Up and Report Back — Committee members and the public share results of
mapping activity.
