A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TEMECULA APPROVING A FEE SCHEDULE FOR THE
USE OF HOCKEY RINKS AT RONALD REAGAN SPORTS
PARK AND MICHAEL "MIKE" NAGGAR COMMUNITY
PARK
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMECULA DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The resolution is adopted in recognition of the following facts and
circumstances:
A. The City of Temecula desires to provide quality recreational and
tournament hockey rinks at two park sites, Ronald Reagan Sports Park and
Michael "Mike"Naggar Community Park.
B. Ronald Reagan Sports Park Hockey Rink has undergone a $4.1 million
dollar renovation designating it as a Premier Hockey Rink.
C. It is necessary to establish fees to help defray costs associated with
providing the required utilities, facility maintenance and similar program
costs;and the fees do not exceed the actual costs of providing these services
and facilities.
Section 2. The City Council hereby adopts the Fee Schedule for Hockey Rink Fee
Schedule, attached hereto as Exhibit"A"
Section 3. The fees adopted by this Resolution shall replace all previous fee schedules
for Ronald Reagan Sports Park and Michael "Mike" Naggar Community Park Hockey Rinks,
including the fees originally adopted by Resolution No. 2004-57
Section 4. The amount of the fees set forth in this Resolution shall be adjusted
annually, without Council action, on July 1st of each year by three percent(3%).
Section 5. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of the Resolution.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Temecula
this 18th day of November, 2025.

Fee Schedule
Hockey Rinks
Fee Payment: The fees applicable to the use of hockey rinks contained herein and are due and payable at
the Sports Office(72)hours prior to use of that facility.
Ronald Reagan Sports Park Hockey Rink:
Local Non-Profit/
Recognized Youth League .$7.00 per hour
Residents $24.00 per hour
Non-Residents/Games $35.00 per hour
Tournaments/Sports Clinic $500.00 per day
Beginning July 1,2026, a 3% inflator will be added every year
Michael "Mike" Na22ar Community Park
Local Non-Profit/
Recognized Youth League
No Lights $0.00 per hour
Lights .$6.00 per hour
Residents
No Lights $14.00 per hour
Lights $21.00 per hour
Non Residents/Games
No Lights $24.00 per hour
Lights .$28.00 per hour
Tournaments/Sports Clinic $350.00 per day
Beginning July 1,2026, a 3%inflator will be added every year
Individuals not residing within the boundaries of the City of Temecula registering for a Local Non-Profit
Recognized League will be subject to a$10.00 per person non-residency fee.
