A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TEMECULA OPPOSING PROPOSITION 50 "THE
ELECTION RIGGING RESPONSE ACT"
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMECULA DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. On September 9, 2025,the City Council of the City of Temecula unanimously
supported the placement of a resolution opposing Proposition 50("The Election Rigging Response
Act") on the agenda at the request of Mayor Pro Tempore Alexander.
Section 2. The City Council of the City of Temecula hereby opposes Proposition 50 ("The
Election Rigging Response Act")scheduled to be voted upon at the November 4,2025 special election.
Section 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this resolution.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Temecula
