A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TEMECULA APPROVING A DESIGN COOPERATIVE
AGREEMENT, NO. 08-1795, BETWEEN THE STATE OF
CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION
AND THE CITY OF TEMECULA FOR THE DESIGN OF I-
15 FRENCH VALLEY PARKWAY IMPROVEMENTS —
PHASE III
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMECULA DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The City Council approves the Design Cooperative Agreement No.08-1795
between the State of California Department of Transportation and the City of Temecula and
authorizes the Mayor execute the Agreement on behalf of the City in substantially the form
presented to the City Council. The City Manager is authorized to approve amendments,additional
documents or take such other actions as may be reasonably necessary or convenient to achieve the
purposes and implement the Agreement.
Section 2. The City Clerk shall certify the adoption of this resolution.
PASSED,APPROVED, AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Temecula
this 8th day of July, 2025.
